This is excellent! I am a mixed race and ethnicity but not Black person who agrees: I think POC's are placed in a middle category by the core dictates of white supremacy, which requires white on top and black on bottom. The distinction should be made due to the way white supremacy operates: as a binary which places black on the bottom.

I try to use the term 'nonBlack POC' but if you have any other suggestions, I am very open to hearing them.
