This is excellent. It underlines that white supremacy in a multitude of different forms exists worldwide, that Whites feel like they own the dominant space no matter where they go.
The more obvious theme of this article underlines the all-important fact that Black women are stared at (and probably also judged), and it makes this type of article very important. But as a side point, it shows that this superiority complex, a deep-seated cognitive disturbance, and supremacy is not only alive and well in the US, but that it is a worldwide phenomenon, that this group is privileged no matter where they go. As a corollary, Blacks in particular, but also brown and indigenous people, are functionally subordinated even in their native countries.
The gross lack of basic moral perception this conveys should be underlined repeatedly, if only to assure other Black people that support exists, that not all people are willing to compromise reality in the interest of maintaining this type of immorality.
