It is extremely important to point out that NBPOC’s are set up, in the mind of ‘whiteness,’ as ‘in between’ on the white hierarchy. Any participation in this hierarchy is in the service of white supremacy.

As a result, NBPOC’s are subjected to attempts to ‘recruit’ us to whiteness. The unfortunate fact is some NBPOC”S do this when they should have made a more informed, moral choice. NBPOC’s should be constantly vigilant that we are not doing to black people what white people are doing to everybody else, including us NBPOC.
